IMMIGRATE TO UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Initial visa interview appointments are scheduled by the National Visa Center with limited exceptions.  Follow-up or rescheduled appointments must be made through USA Immigration website. We add appointments as often as we have availability. Visa applicants should follow the instructions provided for registering for appointments and monitor their email address for confirmation and further information.

For answers to applicants’ most frequently asked questions, please visit USA Immigration Top FAQs page.

For visa inquiries, the best and fastest way to communicate is to email to support-india@usvisascheduling.com or dial the call center (91-22) 62011000 and 1-703-520-2239 (for all calls from the United States) during business hours to speak to a representative.

Multiple separate attempts to contact the Embassy or Consulate will slow communication.

Information on immigrant visas and the immigrant visa application process are available at  travel.state.gov

To apply for an immigrant visa, a foreign citizen seeking to immigrate generally must be sponsored by an immediate relative who is a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, or by a prospective U.S. employer, and have an approved petition before applying for an immigrant visa. The sponsor begins the process by filing a petition on the foreign citizen’s behalf with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).  You may wish to review USA Immigration Directory of Visa Categories on usvisas.state.gov to learn about the different types of immigrant visas, including the Diversity Visa Program. Then, follow the steps on the Immigrant Visa Process, or on the Diversity Visa Process, on usvisas.state.gov to begin applying for an immigrant visa.

Once USCIS has approved your petition and you have completed pre-processing with the National Visa Center (NVC), review the instructions provided by the NVC and the information available on this website for further guidance and instructions.  If you have been selected in the Diversity Visa Lottery and completed pre–processing with the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC), you will be receiving instructions from the KCC to continue visa processing.
